Dr Eddy

Carol Eddy is our Owner and one of our veterinarians; she graduated from the University of Illinois in 1994. She has worked at the Corinth Clinic since 2003 and purchased the clinic July 11, 2007! Dr. Eddy enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and especially enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and patients. Some clients travel from Oklahoma to see her! Dr. Eddy has practiced veterinary medicine in Illinois, Oklahoma and various clinics in the DFW metroplex.

Dr. Eddy married Chris in 1990, they have a daughter, Emma aged 5. Dr. Eddy and her family have a crazy, silly new addition named Sally! She is a basset mix that they adopted from the Lake Dallas Animal Shelter! They also have a leopard gecko. Dr. Eddy's free time is spent bike riding, long distance running, cooking with Chris and Emma and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Jez

Amy Jez is a 1998 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has practiced at many clinics in the DFW metroplex and has worked in the lake cities area for several years. She is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and plans on doing mission work overseas. Dr. Jez went on a mission trip to Iraq last year and has also gone to Russia for mission work.

Family is very important to her and she recently returned from France where she spent several weeks visiting her sister. Her furry friend is a golden retriever named Caleb. In her free time she is active in her church, enjoys reading, being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family.

UPDATE:  Dr. Jez and her mission group are still working on raising the funds to return to France and we are fortunate to have her while that progresses. She hopes to be returning to mission work soon.

Lucky

Lucky is our good will ambassador, he joined our staff in 2006. He came to us from a wonderful home where he learned to be tolerant of others. Lucky enjoys meeting new people, making new furry friends, eating and sleeping. Lucky spends his "free" time lying on the front counter waiting for his tummy to be scratched.

Shelby

Shelby is our new furry family member. She came from a loving family that just wanted what was best for her. She is fitting in great here and seems very comfortable with her new home and LOVES her litter box! (Thank goodness!)

Kim

Kim is our practice manager; she began working at Corinth Veterinary Clinic in 2001. She came to us from a 13 year career in retail and has an extensive background in customer service. She has been our practice manager since 2006.

Kim married Leon in 1987 and they have 2 boys, Cody and Chase. They have three - 4 legged kids, (all pugs) Tess and Allie are her special girls (princesses) and Pugly, a sweet little guy that has won her heart. (did you know that if you own 3 pugs you have a "paggle of pugs" ?) They also have Bobby, a sun conure, and Frog, the albino African Clawed frog. Kim has a passion for pugs, and would have a house full if Leon let his guard down. Ask to see her office, you'll see for yourself!

Kim has gone back to college and is taking classes in business management. She spends her free time working with Lake Dallas High School FFA Booster Club, and the Lake Dallas High School Rodeo Team (Leon is the team sponsor, Kim is Team mom), attending high school rodeos, (Chase rides bulls), remodeling their home, reading and traveling to Arkansas and East Texas.

Diane

Diane is one of our veterinary technicians; she has been in the veterinary field since 2001. The opportunity to work at several different clinics has given her the advantage to experience many aspects of veterinary medicine and learn from many knowledgeable doctors and staff members. She has a caring commitment to the patients, clients, and education. She is always finding ways to learn more about the best care and health of your pets by taking continuing education classes in her free time.

Diane has become a Hill's Veterinary Diet and Science Diet Nutritional Advocate! If you need to know about food, shes the one to ask! Diane has many interests including hunting, horseback riding, 4 X 4 rock crawling and spending time with family and friends. Her best friend and hero is her little sister Kristin.

Diane married Chris Sept 8, 2007 (her wedding was full Camouflage attire!) They have MANY LOVED 4 legged, 2 legged and no legged, furry, feathery and scaly kids including 3 Dogs (Sunflower, Teak, & Goose), 2 Horses ( Buckshot & Red), 3 Snakes, a Rat, Chickens, Turkeys, Pigs, and Mice

Sue

Sue is our registered veterinary technician. She works with us on Saturdays and assists with teaching us the newest and greatest techniques. Sue works full time for Hill's Science diet as an account representative. She worked at a clinic in the lake cities area for many years.

Sue is married to Brian and they have two sons, Joseph and Roger and one daughter Katy. Sue has several furry family members; Pudge the lab, Cooter the Border collie, Simon the Siamese and Stony the other Siamese. In her very rare free time Sue enjoys reading, and working in her garden.

Tammy

Tammy is one of our veterinary technicians; you will see her here on Saturdays. She has worked in the veterinary field in various positions including management since 1998. Dr. Eddy was one of the first veterinarians Tammy worked with and she credits her for much of her knowledge. She was thrilled when Dr. Eddy asked her to work with us.  Tammy currently works full time in a pediatrics office, and has truly enjoyed the opportunity to work with clients and their furry babies again. Tammy's special interest is in educating clients on the best care of their pets, especially the senior pets.

Tammy has two grown children, ages 20 and 25, and has always had a home full of furry, feathered and finned friends since she was a little girl. Her furry family members include two Pomeranians, Chrissy, and Squeak.  As a special needs dog, Chrissy holds a distinctive place in Tammy's heart. Tammy enjoys helping abused and abandoned pets. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her human children.

Viki

Viki is one of our receptionists; she started her career in the veterinary world in 2006. She worked at Co-Serv for 32 years and has an extensive background in customer service. Viki is a true people person, always trying to please and she always has a smile on her face.

Viki married Larry in 2000 and they have one furry kid named Choco, a black lab who is the love of their life. Viki and Larry are seeing their dreams come true, they have inherited property in Caldwell and are in the process of developing it and planning their retirement home. Viki believes that life begins at 50, and she bought herself a Harley to prove it!

Pearl

Pearl

Pearl is one of those special clients that we loved so much we begged her to work with us! She has worked here since 2005. Pearl keeps things up front running smooth! She has a love for the animals that is evident as soon as you walk in the door! She has made some very special relationships with the clients and their pets.

Pearl married William in 1987; they have two daughters, Sarah and Rebekah. Pearl's family includes many furry members, Sadie, Spunky and Honey the poms and Tinkerbell and Howard the kitties. She spends her free time running the girls to their many activities, reading and scrapbooking.

Joan

Joan takes care of your pets when you are away. She is a 2008 graduate of Guyer High School and is currently taking classes at NCTC. She has worked with animals all her life. She has been riding horses since she was eight and is an experienced racehorse re-trainer. (Feel free to ask her what re-training means) Joan has an interest in canine behaviorism, and plans on becoming a veterinarian. In her rare spare time, she likes to fish, go hiking and camping
